SyncPaste remembers everything you copy — text, links, images, files, locations, colors, code — and hands it back on every Apple device you own. It travels through your private iCloud only: no account to create, no servers of ours in between.

On the Mac: ⌘ ⇧ V
A horizontal, tabbed shelf appears above the frontmost app and a single click pastes right into it. The shortcut is yours to change. There is also a menu bar item, a main window with a three-column library, drag and drop straight into Mail, Messages or the Finder, a paste queue (copy several things, paste them one after another with ⌘ V), Services menu support and Quick Look.
On iPhone and iPad: the SyncPaste keyboard
It brings your history inside any app, without leaving the one you are writing in. Plus a Share extension, widgets, Siri, the Action button, Control Center and Spotlight search. On iPad you can drag clips between apps and the library opens in three columns.
Sync
Copy on the Mac, paste on the iPhone.
Your clips line up across every device signed in to the same Apple Account. The data travels exclusively inside your account's private iCloud database: there is no SyncPaste account, nothing to sign up for, and we never receive a copy of anything.
- No account. Open the app and it works — your Apple Account is the identity.
- No servers of ours. We are not in the middle and we never see your clips.
- End-to-end encrypted. Text, previews, titles and device names are encrypted in the iCloud records.
Privacy
What you copy stays yours.
SyncPaste collects no personal data, has no accounts, uses no analytics and no third-party SDKs, shows no ads and does not track users. Your clips stay on your device and, if you turn on sync, only inside your private iCloud.
Secrets never sync
Passwords, API keys, tokens and card numbers are detected automatically and stay only on the device where you copied them. The same goes for anything copied from a password manager.
Lock with Face ID
You can lock a single clip by hand: it only reopens with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. The system handles authentication — the app never sees or stores biometric data.
A keyboard that records nothing
The iOS keyboard asks for “Full Access” for one reason only: to read your history in the storage shared between the app and its extension. It does not log what you type and makes no network requests.
Not just text
It recognises what you copy and shows it properly.
Every clip arrives with its own preview: a map for a location, title and image for a link, a swatch for a color, a thumbnail for an image.
Order
A library, not a pile.
Pinboards group clips by subject, pinned clips stay within reach, and snippets are written once with placeholders — {date}, {clipboard} — that fill themselves in as you paste.
- Text transforms: UPPERCASE, lowercase, trim whitespace, pretty-print JSON, Base64, URL encoding.
- Instant search that also finds text inside images and the titles of links.
- On-device OCR: text recognition in images happens locally, never online.
iPad
On iPad, with room to work.
A three-column layout, drag and drop between apps, and the same previews you get on the Mac: links with title and image, maps, images and files.
